About this product
The final properties of a refractory are set as much by the firing schedule as by the composition: get the heating rate, soak temperature or cooling curve wrong and the piece cracks or the intended phases never form. Our own firing kiln lets us control the schedule for precast and special shapes and keep a record of every batch.
Material
Kent Ateş Tuğla machines refractories to the required dimension and geometry in its own cutting shop, starting from the block. Diamond-tipped saws and grinding benches turn out non-standard parts — arches, channels, rings and fixtures — on short notice. This group also covers steel fibre, pigment coating and installation auxiliaries.
