About this product
Castable poured on site depends on a drying and first-heat schedule that a plant cannot always follow. Precast shapes move that risk into the factory: the piece is cast, dried and fired at our works and arrives ready to install. It is the ideal answer for recurring geometries such as burner blocks, door frames, launders and covers.
Material
Kent Ateş Tuğla machines refractories to the required dimension and geometry in its own cutting shop, starting from the block. Diamond-tipped saws and grinding benches turn out non-standard parts — arches, channels, rings and fixtures — on short notice. This group also covers steel fibre, pigment coating and installation auxiliaries.
