About this product
On site a final adjustment is always needed: a block corner runs a few millimetres proud, or a joint does not quite seat. Making that adjustment with a coarse tool cracks the piece. A diamond-tipped dressing tool removes material from the hard refractory face in a controlled, clean way, so the block seats and the joint thickness is preserved.
Material
Kent Ateş Tuğla machines refractories to the required dimension and geometry in its own cutting shop, starting from the block. Diamond-tipped saws and grinding benches turn out non-standard parts — arches, channels, rings and fixtures — on short notice. This group also covers steel fibre, pigment coating and installation auxiliaries.
