About this product
Steel tubes immersed in molten metal or facing flame directly wear through and perforate quickly if unprotected. A refractory coating shields them from chemical attack and from sudden temperature change alike. We set coating thickness and composition against the environment the tube works in, and plan the application together with anchoring and expansion allowance.
Material
Kent Ateş Tuğla machines refractories to the required dimension and geometry in its own cutting shop, starting from the block. Diamond-tipped saws and grinding benches turn out non-standard parts — arches, channels, rings and fixtures — on short notice. This group also covers steel fibre, pigment coating and installation auxiliaries.
